Inventory that starts with the real details
Search the catalog, choose the right printing and condition, then save quantity, Cost Paid, store price, owner, and SKU in one pass.
Start free as a Collector: add your cards and sealed product, and watch what they are worth. Upgrade to Vendor when you start selling, and to Store when you sell online.
Collector is free for up to 200 distinct products. Vendor adds inventory and POS for counter and event sales. Store connects Shopify, eBay, and TCGplayer.
Available now
The goal is not to give you another dashboard to babysit. It is to keep the catalog, inventory, pricing, selling, grading, events, and numbers connected so the same information does not need to be entered over and over.
Search the catalog, choose the right printing and condition, then save quantity, Cost Paid, store price, owner, and SKU in one pass.
Use rules, floors, rounding, and locked prices, then review the changes that deserve a second look before they reach a channel.
Plan event inventory, sell through Convention POS, record trades and expenses, and see the result after the weekend is over.
Sales, Cost Paid, grading fees, convention expenses, inventory value, and profit stay connected instead of living in separate files.
Available now
Convention internet is unreliable, but your inventory should not disappear with it. Prepare a device before the show, download the store inventory and product images you need, and keep searching and selling from your local snapshot when the venue connection drops.
Prepare before the show
Readiness checks make it clear whether the device is actually prepared.
Keep inventory close
Downloaded inventory and cached product images stay tied to the selected store.
Fail safely
Online-only actions stay guarded when the connection is uncertain.
One connected workflow
A card should not become a brand-new data-entry project every time it moves from a binder to Shopify, a convention case, grading, or a sale. CardSync Pro keeps those steps tied to the same inventory record.
That gives you a cleaner history, fewer quantity mistakes, and numbers you can trace back to what actually happened.
Sales channels
Some connections are live, some are beta, and some still depend on marketplace approval or access. The status below is the status customers should see before they try to connect.
Existing supported stores can publish inventory, update linked quantities, and check for newly paid orders about once per minute. One-click app installation is awaiting Shopify approval.
Seller OAuth, readiness checks, verified order notifications, reviewed listing updates, and linked quantity sync are available in beta when setup is complete.
Eligible sellers can export TCGplayer-ready CSV files and preview updated imports before applying them. Native API sync remains access-gated and will only be enabled with TCGplayer authorization.
Wix publishing is not live yet. You can still build the catalog, pricing, and inventory foundation in CardSync Pro now.

Why it feels different
Card inventory changes condition, location, owner, purpose, and value. The software should expect that instead of treating every product like a generic warehouse widget.
Features are marked live, beta, awaiting approval, access-gated, or planned. You should not have to discover the real status after clicking the button.
Conditions, variants, Cost Paid, owners, grading reservations, convention inventory, and channel mappings are normal parts of the workflow, not awkward add-ons.
New publishing and sensitive price changes stay reviewable. Automation should remove repetitive work without creating a bigger cleanup job.
CardSync Pro is not just a catalog and it is not just a POS. It keeps inventory, pricing, events, grading, channels, and profit connected so one job does not create three more.
Search singles, sealed products, and graded cards, then add them to inventory with the details that actually matter to your business.
Set your margins, rounding, floors, and channel rules without giving up control of what gets published.
Plan the show, choose what you are bringing, sell from a phone or tablet, record trades, and see whether the weekend was worth it.
Prepare a device before a convention so weak venue Wi-Fi does not leave you staring at a blank screen when you need your inventory most.
Publish supported inventory, keep linked quantities aligned, and pull paid Shopify orders about once per minute while the one-click Shopify App waits for approval.
Keep every submission, fee, grade, value, and eventual sale tied back to the card you actually sent away.
See what you sold, what it cost, what you spent, and what you actually made without rebuilding the business in a spreadsheet.
Photograph a product that is not in the catalog and turn it into a clean draft instead of typing every field from scratch.
Start by tracking a collection, move to Vendor when you start selling, and to Store when those sales move online.
Add up to 200 distinct products by searching our catalog, and see what your collection is worth at current market value. No credit card.
Turn that collection into inventory with quantities, cost paid, and asking prices. Sell, buy, and trade through POS at the counter or at an event, and see your revenue, cost, and profit.
Connect Shopify, eBay, and TCGplayer to the same inventory, set what each store charges compared to market price, and review changes before they reach a live store.
Collector is not a timer counting down in the background. Move up when you start selling, and again when you start selling online.
Simple pricing

Questions before you choose
Yes. Collector lets you search our catalog, add cards and sealed product, and see what your collection is worth today, for up to 200 distinct products. It is a real account, not a trial.
One distinct item counts as one product. Forty copies of the same card in the same condition still uses only one of the 200 slots.
Vendor makes sense once you are actually selling: it removes the 200-product limit and adds inventory with cost and asking prices, POS for sales, purchases and trades, event selling, and your revenue and profit numbers.
Store adds your online selling workflows. Shopify and supported eBay workflows use CardSync inventory. TCGplayer currently uses the CSV workflow and does not natively synchronize sales or quantities yet. You control what each store charges compared to market price.
The one-click CardSync Pro Shopify App is awaiting Shopify approval. Existing supported stores can still use Store Connection Mode to publish inventory, update linked quantities, and check for newly paid orders about once per minute.
No, and the site will not pretend they are. Shopify Store Connection Mode is live for supported stores, eBay is a connected beta, and TCGplayer uses a CSV workflow for eligible sellers. Automatic daily price synchronization is not running yet.
